My life as a travel advisor started years before I considered taking the professional route and starting my own business. Planning events, vacations and excursions for my family, friends, clients, associates and co-workers satifies my heart seeing everyone enjoy themselves. After considering my options and researching vacation consortiums, I joined a travel host agency that provides me with vacation suppliers, proper marketing and compliance training to help me grow and operate my brand independently. As a professional in the travel industry, I’m driven by seeing others live outside of the bubble while stepping into a new way of thinking and living. Different cultures and nationalities were created to be enjoyed and not frowned upon. As I experience life, I push myself to practice the late South African’s president Nelson Mandela’s quote: “Live life as though nobody is watching”. Hopefully, my journey will inspire others to live their lives while creating memories as time goes on. I truly believe that one should experience the culture and traditions while exploring their preferred destination (the days of sitting at the resort are obsolete).
